Hello, and thanks for taking a moment to check out my blog. I have been writing for years, for my own pleasure. Probably like most of you, I have notebooks filled with stories, poems, and bits and pieces of things, vignettes that might one day be placed inside a story or the seed that grows into a fully fleshed out piece.

I will be reviewing my work for pieces that might have potential to post here, heavily edited I expect. I am currently working on a story about our pet lost in an accident, as well as a book that has taken a back seat for the moment.

I like all well written work, by which I mean an interesting story that takes advantage of the English language – beautiful prose, unique descriptions – from novels right down to flash fiction. Naturally, the story is key, but the way in which it is told is of great importance to me.

With that, though I may not, I will do my best to live up to my high expectations. Consequently, I believe my posts will be slow in coming, but I will try to offer my best work.
